Tone your body and maximize your stamina

A full-on, high-energy cardio and endurance workout that pushes you to the limit every time.  The Northern Arena group circuit training classes are a constantly varied, energising combination of cardiovascular exercise and high repetition free weights and body weighted moves.

Northern Arena Circuit is the perfect group fitness class for you if you are a sports person looking for cross-training and variation to help improve overall fitness.

F2 Max

Maximise your results

Take your workout to the next level with this high intensity and challenging class. Utilise all your major muscle groups with a wide variety of exercises that have been designed to push your body to the MAX!

F2 classes are of varied intensity, with different fitness level options making them suitable for all abilities and specifically designed so everybody works to their own limits. 

All equipment is provided including super-functional suspension bars, Crankit suspension straps, battle ropes, medicine balls, slam balls and much more.

Classes are limited for superior coaching and a more personal experience. Bookings are essential for these classes.

F2 Base

Improve your functional fitness

Improve your technique and base strength by focusing on basic functional movement including core and rehabilitation exercises. This class combines a mix of body weighted exercises with suspension training to enhance your balance, stability and core strength. 

F2 classes are of varied intensity, with different fitness level options making them suitable for all abilities and specifically designed so everybody works to their own limits. 

All equipment is provided including super-functional suspension bars, Crankit suspension straps, battle ropes, medicine balls, slam balls and much more.
