Plus you can develop your core strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability using functional movements and dynamic positions with TRX Suspension and the functional training rig equipped with battle ropes, boxing bags, kettle bells and lots more.
Every workout needs a good stretch and the discreet stretch area on our gym mezzanine floor over looking the gym and pools is the perfect place to work on your flexibility.
