Ingredients:
-1/2 cup vegetables
-1 cup pasta
-1 tbsp pesto
-1/4 cup evaporated milk
Method:
-Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 4-5 minutes until nearly done.
-Add in chopped up vegetables of choice and bring back to boil for 2mins.
-Drain. Add in evaporated milk and pesto and put back on a low heat until combined and evaporated milk has thickened.
-Enjoy.
