🚨 GROUP FITNESS TIMETABLE – WINTER UPDATE! ❄️🏋️♀️
We’re making a few exciting upgrades to the group fitness timetable from Monday 28 April and trailing some new class times over the coming weeks! 💥
We’re always evolving to make your experience even better—and we know that sometimes a little tweak can make a big difference.
✨ What’s new?
➡️ HYROX is here! This performance-based class blends strength + conditioning in a race-style format. Best part? It works indoors and outdoors, so if the winter sun’s out, we’re out too. 🌤️Unsure what HYROX is? More info coming soon!
➡️ Tuesday morning 6am Shapes - Unfortunately due to instructor availability and ongoing low participation this class is taking a break from the timetable.
➡️ Functional Strength is coming to a Thursday night at 5:45pm! Following heaps of requests for more functional strength, BodyPump is being replaced with Functional Strength at this timeslot. Functional Strength is a full-body workout that mixes multi-joint movements and loaded exercises to build athletic strength, increase muscle tone, and push you to get fitter and stronger for everyday life. ➡️ Sunday morning - Strength Development is moving to 8:30am! We’re giving this a trial to see how it suits your weekend schedule. Sunday BodyPump has seen consistently low attendance, so we're condensing two classes into one to double the vibe! 🕺
➡️ As usual we’ve made some seasonal adjustments to Yard classes for the cooler/ wetter months. Don’t worry, they’ll be back in full swing when the sun sticks around longer! With HYROX and some more F2 classes coming your way, there will be plenty to keep you busy! 👀
