This is all about challenging yourself EMOM (every minute on the Minute)! 4 exercises in each block, 2 different blocks.
Do Block 1 reps every min. If you don’t finish start on the minute again. Repeat 5 times. Rest or add a 200m run for a cardio kick.
Do Block 2 reps every min. If you don’t finish start on the minute again. Repeat 5 times. Repeat everything twice. Block 1/ Block 2/ Block 1/ Block 2. Total time with cardio 28 mins. Enjoy.
