Workout At Home - Short and Sweet Six's

This is a short and sweet 20 minute body weighted circuit with no rest in between each set.

Extend it out by starting with a 1km warm up and finishing with a 1km fast paced run.

Great for the whole family and you can adapt the exercises where you see fit.
